With the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we would like to provide our customers, TPI partners and suppliers with information about our business continuity plans.
Our top priority is to ensure that our customers and partners continue to receive our usual high standard of service, and the safety and wellbeing of our employees.
We’re currently maintaining full service continuity and taking actions to maintain this through the peak of CV19. We anticipate no changes to any services.
- Niccolo uses highly secure cloud-based systems from Microsoft and Amazon for all elements of contract and customer management, and we are not anticipating issues with service availability.
- All Niccolo staff work from home the majority of the time, and have done so since we were founded. This will not change.
- Our phone systems are a VOIP based Hunt group, meaning that all calls will be answered as usual.
- As part of our Green CSR, we actively discourage face to face meetings, preferring to use online tools instead. We will not be taking any meetings during this outbreak.
Our opening hours, email response times, phone numbers, and SLA remain unchanged.
If there is any change to the above, we will contact all customers and partners directly.
